Convert "Goblins" to "Goblin creatures" if the ability:

• refers to changes in power and toughness for the creature
• refers to the creature attacking or blocking
• refers to the creature being dealt damage
• refers to the creature dealing combat damage
• refers to the creature gaining or having haste
• refers to the creature receiving +X/+X counters
• refers to abilities or ability keywords that fall in one of the above categories

Goblin card -> Goblin permanent card

Convert "Goblin card" to "Goblin permanent card" if the ability:

• refers to the card being put into play from anywhere
