Shadow Attacks

Does anyone know which Shadow attacks are physical and which are special? Furthermore, if Weather Ball is used while Shadow Sky is in effect, which stat does it run off of?

I reckon they are all physical, although I could be wrong.

As for Weather Ball+Shadow Sky, I'd say physical again, since Weather Ball is a Normal type attack.

Im pretty sure all shadow attacks are physical.

Weather Ball in Shadow Sky will probably be physical too, but not neccessarily because its normal type. Its special in Rain, etc.

I'll have to experiment with
Rain Dance/Weather Ball/Mirror Coat
and
Sandstorm/Weather Ball/Counter
to be sure.

I know Hidden Power, whatever it's type, is always Physical - I thought this might apply here too.

In G3, HP is physical if it is of physical type, and it is special if it is of special type (compare to G4, where it is exclusively special). It is never "always physical".

Similarly, Weather Ball will be special under rain, hail, or sun, and physical under Sandstorm or the lack of a weather condition.

Yeah, Hidden Power could be physical OR special in the 2nd and 3rd generation, depending on its type.

Did Weather Ball turn Rock type in Sandstorm, or did it stay normal in the 3rd generation.

In 35d Gen, Weather Ball became Rock type during Sandstorm, even though Castform didn't change.

Wow, I didn't even know any of these stuff. Well for one I haven't beaten the game yet! o.O

Well, in G3, it's unlikely that Weather Ball would be used in a Sandstorm weather condition because after you get Castform from the Weather Institute, I think you don't even fight any other trainers that use Sandstorm. However, in Pokemon XD, you can encounter a Castform in a trainer's party whose strategy is based on Sandstorm.
