RSS Feed Wallpaper Rotator

This program is a modified version of the wallpaper rotator I made some time ago. This time, it rotates the wallpaper according
to the media files referred to in an RSS feed, like Flickr.
This program requires a reference to the System.Drawing and System.Xml namespaces.
To use this program, put the compiled program in any directory, and create an XML file called rotator.xml in the same directory with the following content:
